Schematic strat column in the previous "red Chinese Lexicon" had implied that the Wanxiu Gr spanned at least the upper-Upper Jurassic. But Geological Formation Names of China book (Springer) and an article (Pu et al., 2019, Earth Sci. Front., 26(5): 304-316) indicate Early Cretaceous.
